Blur motion person or object is not in focus but the back is. The person has to move in order to get blur motion. Everything you need to create blur motion is the camera to be on anything steady where it won't move in oder to get a blur motion. It has to be set on a low shutter speed and have the person move or do anything so you can catch the blur motion. My subject will be doing anything they would like to do. Just being them. You have to adjust the shutter speed.
